Engineering Manager
Engineering driven company specializing in the design of bottle and cap handling parts for our customers' unique packaging requirements is searching for an Engineering Manager. This position will be responsible for design standards, setting policies and procedures, and improving the quality and efficiency of our design processes. Experience in developing teams, training plans, 3D CAD design software processes, Lean Manufacturing, quality, root cause analysis and problem resolution process are essential. Minimum of 3+ years of applicable experience.

Technical Service Manager
The Technical Service Manager oversees and handles day-to-day technical services for customer accounts as well as provides technical support for manufacturing facilities, working under the Vice President of Technology. Job functions include support for sales efforts as well as technical support for our operations division. The Technical Service Manager oversees all aspects of product quality, including specifications (manufacturing, purchasing, sales), certificates of analyses and run charts. He or she also oversees the quality system, answering customer complaints and insuring timely responses and resolving issues with root cause analysis and insuring steps to prevent recurrence are implemented.
National Account Manager – Northeast/Eastern Canada/Mid-West
The National Account Manager oversees and handles day-to-day account services, working under the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. The National Account Manager fosters mutual trust and develops a great relationship with the customer. This person will be responsible for the current customer base and expand the customer base in his territory. They must demonstrate solid strategic thinking. They work in conjunction with other departments to ensure timely shipments, forecast sales projections, quick responsive turnaround and maximize creative selling solutions.
